Be It known, that I Gilbert H. Aldrich, of the town of Stony Creek, in the
County of Warren and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, but
considering the uncertainties of life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and
declare this instrument ot be my last will and testament, that is to say:

First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and
bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah Aldrich, of Stony Creek aforesaid, all of
my property of every name and nature whatsoever, wherever located and being.

Second. I make, constitute and appoint said Sarah Aldrich, of Stony Creek,
N.Y. to be executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all
former wills by me made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have herento subscribed my name, and affixed my seal the
22nd day of November, 1901.

The above instrument, consisting of one sheet, was a tthe date thereof,
subscribed by Gilbert H. Aldrich, the tstator named in the foregoing will, in
the presence of us and each of us, at at the tim eof making such
subscribption, the above instrument was declared by the said testator to be
his last will and testament, and each of us, at the request of said testator,
and in phis presence, and in the presence of each other, signed our names as
witnesses thereto, at the end of said will and hereunder, giving our places of
residence.
