Beginning at the south side of lot number 75 on the western boundary line of land owned by Rufus Coon in May 1809 at a  stake and stone; thence North eight-eight (88) rods to the Northern boundary line of said lot; thence west thirty (30) rods to a stake and stone; thence South about forty (40) rods or forty-four (44) rods; thence West sixty-eight (68) rods to a stake and stone; thence South fifty-four (54) rods thence east sixty-eight (68) rods to across  the creek to a stake and stone; thence North eighteen (18) rods to the Mill dam; thence east along the highway to the place of beginning.  Containing 80 acres be it more of less.
