6th February 1801 SAMUEL EGLESTON of Argyle and REBECKA his wife sold to
JONATHAN COOLIDGE of Easton for 350 pounds part of lot 32 ,town of Argyle, "on
the east side of Hudson' s river in a patent granted in the year 1763 to
Donald Campbell and others" containing 100 acres of land according to survey
made by ROBERT COCHRAN. "the said party of the first part at the time of the
ensealing and delivery of these presents was lawfully seized in their own
right of in and to the aforesaid described premises hereby granted and
conveyed with the appurtenances as of a good, sure, perfect, absolute and
indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in the law in fee simple without any manner
of condition to alter, change, determine or defeat the same." Signed SAMUEL
