7 Sept 1805 ROBERT QUA of the town of Hebron, County of Washington, State of
New York, farmer sold to JOHN EGGLESTON of the same town, county & State,
farmer for $250 a certain piece of land in the town of Hebron, part of a
patent granted to JOHN TABOR KEMP JOHN MORRIS SCOTT Esq. and others, part of
Lot No. 39. Beginning at the south east corner of sd lot thence north three
degrees and fifty minutes west fifteen chains to a stake and heap of stones
thence along the ledge of rocks in a straight direction to the north part of a
wallow on sd lot fifteen chains and twenty five links thence along sd wall to
the south bounds of sd lot five chains and twenty five links thence along the
south bounds, north sixty eight degrees east fifteen chains and twenty five
links to the first mentioned corner, containing 13 acres & 65 Signed ROBT QUA
