4 April 1834 JEREMIAH SILVEY and THOMAS A. SILVEY of Greenwich of the first
part and BETSY EGLESTON, ANSEL EGLESTON, DANIEL EGLESTON, and MALINDA EGLESTON
of the same place of the second part for $800 parcels of land in the town of
Greenwich and Campbell Patent: 71 acres from the east end of Lot number 55
bounded by on the north by FRANCIS ROBINSON, west by highway, south by highway
and east by THADEUS STEVENS. 10 acres from the east end of Lot No. 70 bounded
on north by ARCHIBALD SHAW, west by SAMUEL ROGERS, south by ISAAC WHITE, east
by BENJAMIN REMINGTON. Also another piece being part of Lot No. 71 containing
one quarter acre and 20 perches. Also another piece of land part of lot 56
bounded on west by Lot 55, south by SAMUEL ROGERS, north by THADUES STEVENS &
JOHN EDWARDS, containing 14 acres. Also another piece of land called the
mountain lot bounded on north by SAMUEL ROGERS, west by THOMAS DAILEY, south
by BENJAMIN TEFFTS, east by BENJAMIN TEFFT, ELIAKIN MERCHAND AND RODNEY BUEL
