Names of the Mortgagees: JOHN DRAPER, ASA EAGLESTON, ROBERT PERRIGO JR.,  and
ELIJAH CASE of the same town and county aforesaid, gentlemen parties of the
second part and their heirs and assigns for ever Date of the Mortgage: II day
of May MDCCXCVI (1796)

Description and boundaries of the M    Lands, Tenements or hereditaments
Mortgaged: All those certain parcels of lands situate lying and being in the
town and county aforesaid on the east side of Hudson's River in a Patent
granted in the year one thousand seven hundred and sixty three to Daniel
Cambell and others which said parcel or lot of land being the two equal halfs
of two lots of land which are known and distinguished by the names of Lot
number fifty two and Lot number fifty four. . .containing fifty acres of land
Mortgage monies and time or times when payable:
