FRED M. JOHNSON
Fred M. JOHNSON of Argyle, 77, died March 13 at the home of his nephew, Fred
WHITNEY at Hartford, following several weeks' illness. Survivors are his wife,
Mrs. Sarah JOHNSON; three sons, Jewett JOHNSON, Hartford; Dwight JOHNSON,
Bridgeport, Ct., and Fred JOHNSON, Carmel; two daughters, Mrs. Laura HURLEY of
North Hebron, and Mrs. Anna MARCHESE, Hudson Falls; one sister, Mrs. Lena
JOHNSTON, Granville; one brother, Edward JOHNSON, California; several nieces
and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services were
conducted Friday at 2 p. m. at the home of the nephew in Hartford. The Rev.
Milo BARNARD, pastor of the Hartford Methodist church, officiated. Interment
was in Morningside cemetery, Hartford.
