An unknown newspaper hand-dated November 11, 1894:

Miss H. Almira Spofford, aged 80 years, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Warren Norton,
last week Wednesday. Mrs. Spofford's home was in Middle Falls, but for the last three months
she had been staying with her sister.

Note: The obituary has her listed as both Miss and Mrs. Spofford.
