I Seth Crocker of Cambridge in the County of Washington and State of New York calling to mind the uncertainty of life and knowing that is appointed unto all men once to die do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following first. My will is that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid by my Executor herein after named. (Item) I give and bequeath unto my well beloved Wife Mary one good riding horse, one womans saddle and bridle, two cows and five sheep and all my household furniture to be disposed of by her at her discretion. I also give her the use and improvement of one third part of my farm on which my dwelling house and other buildings now stand together with one third part of the house and all other buildings thereon so long as she remains my widow. (Item) I give to my Son John Crocker fifty dollars to be paid in four years after my decease; also one half of my wearing apparel and my universal geography by morse. Item. I give unto my Daughter Aurelia Richardson two hundred and twenty five dollars to be paid in four equal annual payments the first payment to be made at the expiration of one year after my decease. (Item) I give to my Daughter Mary Billings two hundred and twenty five dollars to be paid in four equal annual payments the first payment to be made at the expiration of one year after my decease. (Item) I give to my Daughter Abigal (Abigail) Town two hundred and twenty five dollars to be paid in four equal annual payments the first payment to be made at the expiration of one year after my decease. (Item) I give to my daughter Sarah Dunten two hundred and twenty five dollars to be paid in four equal annual payments the first payment to be made at the expiration of one year after my decease.
