As to such Estate as I am favoured with I give and dispose of in the following manner Firstly, I give and bequeath unto Rhoda Briggs, the daughter of Jeremiah and Anne Briggs, my Clock, great Bible, and my sidesaddle. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my sister, Catharine Howland all my Headdress and Cloaks. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to Mercy and Rhoda Briggs, the daughters of Taber and Sarah Briggs, five dollars in money to be equally divided between them. Fourthly, I give and bequeath to Rosela Wien, the daughter of Thomas Wien, my string of gold beads and one silver table spoon marked R. B. Fifthly, I give and bequeath unto Paul Howland and Mitilda Weir the son and daughter of widow Catherine Howland and Rhoda Briggs, the daughter of Jeremiah and Anna Briggs all the whole of my Estate that I dye tired (?) of that I have not heretofore disposed of to be equally divided between them by indifferent means. And lastly, I do hereby make, constitute, and appoint Elisha Baker and Paul Howland to be my lawful Executors to this my last Will and Testament.
