Will of Paul Gaulin

In the name of God, Amen, I, Paul Gaulin of the Village of Sandy Hill,
Washington County, New York, being of sound mind and memory and mindful of the
uncertainties of this life, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament, that is to say:

First: I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my funeral expenses
and lawful debts.

Second: After the payment of my said funeral expenses and lawful debts, I
give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
property, both real and personal, and of every kind and nature whatsoever, and
wherever situated, to my wife, Rosie A. Gaulin, to be hers and her heirs and
assigns forever.

Third: I give and grant unto my Executrix hereinafter named full power and
authority to sell, grant and convey all and every of the real estate of which
I may die seized, to such person or persons, at such times, for such prices
and upon such terms as to her, my said Executrix, shall seem wise and for the
best interests of my Estate.

Fourth: I make, constitute and appoint my wife, Rosie A. Gaulin of Sandy Hill,
Washington County, New York, to be the sole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
sixth day of May, in the year One nine hundred and eight.

The above instrument, consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof
subscribed by Paul Gaulin in the presence of us and each of us; he at the time
of making and subscription acknowledged that he made the same, and declared
the same Instrument so subscribed by him to be his last Will and Testament, 
Whereupon we then and there, at his request, and in his presence and the
presence of each other.,  subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

     I, Frederick Fraser, Surrogate of the said County, do certify that the
foregoing is a correct record of the last Will and Testament of Paul Gaulin,
late of the town of Kingsbury, in the said County, deceased; that the said
last Will and Testament was admitted to probate and recorded as a will of real
and personal estate on the 10th day of February 1909; that a correct
transcript of the testimony taken by me on the probate therof is recorded in
Proof Probate of Wills, Vol.1, at page 65.
