Second I devise to my daughter Sarrah Van Buskirk in fee, and direct that she shall have in fee the Lot of land generally called the Store lot lying east of the house formerly occupied by Philip Earl. Third I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sarrah Van Buskirk two cows, two young cattle all my sheep my ?brap clock all my ___ furniture, two bedsteads with beds and bedding belonging in the same, and from the remainder of my household furniture she may select such articles as she may want. I give and bequeath my Daughter Hannah one feather bed pillow & bolster two quiltes two flannel blankets and on Coverlet all the remainder of my personal personal property I give and bequeath to my three daughters Sarrah, Hannah, and Hester, to be equally divided between them share and share alike. Fourth Whereas my mother Sarrah Van Nefs did by her last will & testament devise certain real Estate to certain Trustees, in trust to receive the rents ifsues & profits thereof during my life & to pay the same to me and case of my death there to dispose of said real estate in such a way and manner as I should in writing under my hand and seal divert, now I do devise and divert that with the exception of the store lot above mentioned the said Real Estate & house be disposed of as follows: I do devise one eighth to my son Philip Van Nefs Van Buskirk in fee, one eighth thereof to my son Derick Van Buskirk in fee, one eighth thereof to my son Andrew Van Buskirk in fee one eight thereof to my son Morris S. Van Buskirk in fee, one eighth thereof to my Daughter Hester wife of Cornelius Foot in fee, one eighth thereof to my Daughter Hannah wife of Samuel G. Bigelow in fee, one eighth thereof to my Daughter Sarrah in fee and the remaining Eighth as follows to Morris S. Van Buskirk my son so much thereof as shall be necefsary to pay and satisfy to said Morris S. a certain note drawn by me & indorsed by my son Henry and which is held by said Morris S. also to pay & satisfy to said Morris S. whatever amount said Henry owes him at the time of his decease and the remainder of said Eighth to the children of my son Henry, in fee. And I so hereby make the said note and the said InDebtednefs of said Henry to said Morris S a charge upon said last mentioned eighth part and to be paid therefrom Fifth I do hereby nominate and appoint my Sons Philip Van Ness Van Buskirk Dirick Van Buskirk and Morris S. Van Buskirk executors of this my last will & testament hereby revoking all former Wills made by me In witnefs whereof I the said Maria Van Buskirk have herunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of February in the year of our Son our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred and forty-one.
