Weatherwax Olivia Wetherwax In the name of God Amen I Olivia Wetherwax of the town of White Creek in the county of Washington state of New York aged 65 years & upward & being of sound mind & memory & considering the uncertainty of this frrail & transitory life, do therefore make ordain, publish & declare this to be my last will & testament that is to say: First: After all my lawful debts are paid & discharged, I give & bequeath & devise to my sisters, Sophia C. Derby of White Creek, New York and Julia A. Richmond of Williamstown,Mass. All of my estate real and presonal of every name & kind for their own use & benefit absolutely, to be equally divided between them share & share alike. Likewise I make constitute & appoint my friend James L. Robertson, of White Creek N.Y. to be executor of this my last Will & testament, hereby revoking all for mer Wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name & affixed my seal the 10th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one Olivia Wetherwax (l.s.) NY Surrogate court Washington County In the matter of proving the last Will & Testament Olivia Weatherwax deceased Washington Countyss: James L. Robertson & William P. Robertson each being duly sworn in open court ( )depose that they are acquainted with the above named Olivia Wetherwax in her life time& that they&each of them were present & saw her subscribe her name at the same of this instrument in writing now produced & exhibited to them purporting to be the last will & testament of said deceased, bearing date the 10th day of August one thousand eight hundred &eighty one That the said deceased at the time of subscribing her name as aforesaid, published & declared the said instrument to be her last Will & Testament in the presence of these deponents & of each of them; & these deponents at the request of the said deceased and in her presence & the presence of each other subscribed their names respectively thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof. That at the time of the execution thereof the said deceased was a citizen of the United States, above the age of twenty one years & of sound disposing mind & memory, not under restraint to the best of knowledge information& belief of these deponents.
