Will of Sarah FOSTER of Ontario, Wayne Co, New York -

I SARAH FOSTER of the town of Ontario and county of Wayne state of New York
being advanced in years but sound in mind ...to leave my worldly affairs
settled ...

I will to my son GEORGE FOSTER forty acres of land ... Lot #13 in said town of
Ontario including highway it being part of the lot I now live on and off of
the south west corner.

I will to my son ORRIN FOSTER one dollar twenty five cents in addition to what
I have already given him.

I will to my son TITUS one dollar twenty five cents in addition to what I have
already given him.

I will to my daughter POLLY EATON one dollar twenty five cents in addition to
what I have already given her.

I will to my grandson IRA EATON thirty acres of land off Lot #14 in the town
of Ontario which I have a deed of by my grandson. IRA EATON paying to RHODA
COLWELL ten dollars and to POLLY EATON my granddaughter twenty dollars and to
my grandson NATHANIEL EATON fifty dollars at the age of twenty one years of
age or at my decease.

Last my household furniture I will equally to IRA EATON, POLLY EATON & RHODA
COLWELL one third each.

I do by these presents appoint Luther Fillmore to be my exeutor of this my
last Will and Testament. Given under my hand and seal at Ontario this 5th day
of April in the year of our Lord 1825 in presents of: Wm Peckham, Permelia
Vanloone (now Millet)and Levi Ward.
