NY Will book Vol. 7 page 512 In the Name of God Amen the Thirtieth day of September in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and Eight, I Goerge Muirson of Rye in the county of West Chester and Province of New Yorke, minister being weak in Body but of Perfect mind & memory thanks be given unto God therefor calling unto mind the morality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to dye do make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament that is to say Principally and first of all I give & Recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it and for my body I commend it to the Earth to be Buried in a Christ and Like and Decent manner att the Discrecon [sic] of my Executrix nothing Doubting but att the Genll. Resurrection I shall Receive the same again by the mighty Power of God and as touching such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this Life I give and Devise & dispose of the same in the following manner & forme. I give and Bequeath to my Dearly belvoed wife Gloriana who I likewise Constitute appoint and ordain my only and sole Executrix of th8is my Last Will & Testament all & singular my Estate Reall and personall whether of Lands messuages Tenements money Good Chattles of what kind nature and quality soever now in my Possession or in Possession of any other or oweing me from any Persons or Persons which is or may by any way or means be my just Right and Title att the Day of my Death by her the said Gloriana freely to be Possessed & Enjoyed and I do hereby utterly Disallow Revoke and Disanull all and Every Testaments Wills Legacies Requests and Eecutors by me made or Before this time named willed & Bequeathed Ratifying Confirming this & no other to be my Last Will & Testament. To all to whom these presents shall come or may conceive Greeting Know Yee that att New York Thirtenth day of Nov the Last Willa nd Testament of Geo. Muirson was Proved approved & allowed of byme having while he Lived and att the time of his Death Goods Chattles and Creditts in Diverse places within this Province by means whereof the full Disposition of all and singular the goods Chattles & Creditts of the said Deced and the granting the administration of them also the hearing of accot. calculacon or Reckoning and the finall Discharge and Dismission from the same unto me solely and not unto any other Inferiour Judge are manifestly known to belong and the administracon of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Creditts of the said Deced and his Last Will and Testament in anymanner of ways concerning was granted unto Gloriana Muirson the Executrix in the said Last Will and Testament named Chiefly of well & truely administring the same and of makinga true and Perfect Inventory of all ans singular the goods chattles & Creditts of the Deced and Exhibiting the same into the Registry of the Prerogative Court in the Secy's Office att or before the Tenth day of May next ensueing and of Rendering a just & true accot calculacon or reckoning whern thereunto Required.
