It is from Liber L pages 99 & 100 of the surogates court records I Deborah SANDS of Bedford county of Westchester and State of New York do make this my last will and testament in the following manner, Vis, after I decease I order my personal estate to be divided as follows by my executors, first I give to my brother Jonathan SANDS eighty dollars. T give to my brothers Samuel, Amos, David, Stephen and Cabel each thirty dollars. I give to my sister Peninah thirty dollars. I give to my sister Sarah Sixty dollars. I give to my sister Anna eighty dollars. I give to my sister Sarah's daughter Deborah Ann twenty dollars all the rest of my money and my silver tea spoons I give to my mother and also my little wheel my bed curtins I give to my sister Anna my tea pot and other dishes and looking glass I give to sister Sarah I give my new chist(chest?) to sister Anna and my other chist I give to said Deborah Ann my new bed I give to sister Anna and said Deborah Ann the feathers to be divided between they two and each of them a straw tick and feather tick my other bed I give to my mother my bedding I order divided between my mother and three sisters and also my other linen and sister Sarah's part I give half to said deborah Ann my bedsted. I give to sister Anna my cloths. I give to mother sister Sarah and sister anna if either of my brothers or sisters should die before they recieve their legacy for their heirs to have the same. I give my executors authority to collect all money due to me at my decease. I order my Executors to put said Deborah Ann's legacyto interest for her till she is eighteen years old and then to pay her principal and interest and if said Deborah Ann should die before she recieves said legacy her mother or brother must have the same and I nominate my father Samuel SANDS and brother Caleb SANDS executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of eleventh month in the year of our Lord one thousand eith hundrs and twenty six. Signed sealed and published by said Deborah SANDS as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names, Joseph SANDS, Thom SANDS, Isaac REYNOLDS Jun., Deborah SANDS.
