"This Indenture made the tenth day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and forty-seven, between Orrin Fuller and Deborah his
wife of the town of Pike, in the County of Wyoming, and State of New York,
of the first part and Carlton C. Heath of the same place, of the second
part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration of
the sum of one hundred dollars ...in kind paid by the said party of the
first part, duly paid ...and is part of lot number twenty three in said
township of Pike and bounded...beginning at the southwest corner of C.C.
Heaths land in the center of the road... .

In Witness Wherof the party of the first part, have hereunto set their hand
and seal, the day and year first above written."

County.  On the nineteenth day of June 1847...
William Hyslop, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County."
