Last Will and Testament of James Green of Covington,
Wyoming, New York
signed: 1 Aug 1873, proved:18 Nov 1878.

In the Name of God. Amen.

I, James Green of the town of Covington in the County of Wyoming and State of
New York being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of
this frail and transitory life, do, therefore, make, ordain, publish, and
declare this to be my last will and Testament, that is to say:

First   After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath
to Miss Ella Gage, my granddaughter the sum of one hundred dollars.

Second   I give and bequeath to my son Arnold H. Green and to my daughter
Emeline Kendall all of my real and personal estate of every kind and nature
whatsoever and wheresoever it may be to be divided equally between the two to
share and share alike in the same. Likewise, I make, constitute, and appoint
Lawson P. Kendall of Covington in the County of Wyoming and State of New York
to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and
affixed my seal the first day of august in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy three.
