I, H. J. Reddish of the town of Middlebury, county of Wyoming State of New
York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, pubish and declare this
to be my last will and testament, that is to say; to take effect at my
decease.

First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and
bequeath to Frank O. Reddish and Eugene A. Reddish the sum of one hundred and
fifty dollars each, if not, paid before thisinstrument shall take effect.

Second. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Eliza M. Reddish all my real
and personal property to have and to hold the same for her own use & benefit
during her natural life, and all of real and personal property that shall
remain at the decease of said E. M. Reddish shall be equally divided to my
nine children namely Mary Thomas, Allen C. Reddish, Ortaville H. Reddish,
Adelbert W. Reddish, Edgar W. Reddish, Charlie M. Reddish, Frank O. Reddish,
Florence J. Miller & Eugene A. Reddish or their legal heirs if any of the
above named children shall be diseased [sic] when this instrument shall take
afect [sic] according to the stipulation of this instrument, except Ortaville
H. Reddish is to receive three hundred dollars less than either of the above
named heirs he having received this amount $300 more than either one of the
above named whitch [sic] amount is to be equally divided to the above named
nine children or their legal heirs acording [sic] to stipulation above
mentioned.

Likewise I make constitute and appoint _____________ to be executor of this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, no
previous will made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
31st day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy eight.
