LORISH, surrogate. April 25, 1892 last Will and Testament of Ralph LAKE late of Castile bearing date 31 Dec 1887 and Harley R. LAKE executor appeared by M.E. and E.M. BARTLETT his attorneys, and George W. BOTSFORD special guardian duly appointed of Clarrence W. LAKE and Nellie LAKE infants. I, Ralph Lake, of the town of Castile County of Wyoming and State of New York, aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate, and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as follows: First: Whereas, I have this day conveyed to my son Harley R. Lake, by deed, my farm of seventy acres, situated in the town of Castile, County of Wyoming and State of New York, and taken a bond and mortgage upon said property from him tosecure my support and maintenance during my life, and to secure the payment after my death, the sum of $200 to each of my children, William D. Lake, Isaac E. Lake, Eliza A. SHERMAN, and Jerusha J. AMES. I give and bequeath to my said sons William D. Lake and Isaac E. Lake and my daughters Eliza A. Sherman and Jerusha J. Ames the said sum of two hundred dollars each, mentioned in said bond and secured by said mortgage, to be paid to each as provided in said bond and not otherwise. Second - I give, devise and bequeath to my son Harley R. Lake all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real, personal or mixed. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint Harley R.
