I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Kate O'Brien, the sum of Seven Hundred dollars to be paid at the time and in the manner herein after mentioned. Second-I give devise and beqeath to my grandson Martin O'Brien, son of Hugh O'Brien, the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid at the time and in the manner herein after mentioned. Third-I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann O'Brien and Kate O'Brien, all of my household goods,furniture, beds and bedding, crockery, pictures etc. to be devided equally between them. Forth-I hereby give and devise and so direct that my two daughters Ann O'Brien and Kate O'Brien shall have the use of my farm consisting of about fifty acres of land situated on the said town of Warsaw, until the same shall be sold or divided. Fifth I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Driscoll, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars out of the proceeds of a certain policy of insurance in the Catholic Mutual Benefit Association upon the life of my son William O'Brien, deceased who was a member thereof and said policy so held by said William O'Brien was payable to me and the same has not been adjusted, allowed or paid. Sixth-I give and bequeath to my sons Hugh O'Brien, Thomas O'Brien, Dennis O'Brien and James O'Brien the sum of three hundred dollars each, the same to be paid out of the proceeds of the insurance mentioned in the last above provision of this will, to wit the legacy of one hundred and fifty dollars to Mary Driscoll, when the same shall be paid by said Catholic Mutual Benefit Association. Seventh-The balance of said insurance money or the proceeds from said policy in the said Catholic Mutual Benefit Association afor mentioned. I give and bequeath to my daughters Ann O'Brien and Kate O'Brien, to be equally divided between them share and share alike, after deducting from such balance the amount necessary funeral expenses. Eight-All the rest residue and remainder of my property both real and personal of whatorever kind or nature and whatssoever situated. I give devise and bequeath to my children Mary Driscoll, Hugh O'Brien, Thomas O'Brien, Dennis O'Brien, James O'Brien and Ann O'Brien to be equally divided between them share and share alike. Ninth-I hereby make the said two legcies to my daughter Kate O'Brien and my grandson Martin O'Brien a charge and lien upon my real estate above mentioned until the same shall be fully paid and discharged. Tenth-I hereby direct my executors hereinafter named to pay the legacies out of the insurance aboved mentioned and the sums herein directed to be paid within thirty days after the same shall come into their hands. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my sons Dennis O'Brien and Hugh O'Brien to be my executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
