William O' Brien of Warsaw

The Last Will and Testament of William H. O'Brien of Warsaw, County of Wyoming
and State of New York.
8th Day August 1892

I William H. O'Brien do make, ordaine, publish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say:

First after the payment of all lawful debts and funeral charges: I give,
devise and bequeath all my property, both real and personal, to my beloved
sister Anna O'Brien of Warsaw, N.Y.

This Will is not intended to in any way manner effect on Insurance policy now
held by me in the C.M.B.A. which is payable to my mother Mary O'Brien as
beneficiary.

Likewise, I make constitute and appoint Rev. Father James J. Leddy and my
friend Thomas H. O'Brien of Warsaw, N.Y. to be the executors of this, my last
Will and Testament and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

In Wittness Whereof. I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
the 8th day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
ninty-two

The forgoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by said-William H.
O'Brien the testator therein named in the presence of us and each of us be at
the time of making such subscription acknowledged that he excuted the same and
declared the said instrument so subscribed by him to be his last Will and
Testament. Whereupon we at his request and in his presence and in the presence
of each other, do here subscribe as wittnesses thereto.
