Last Will and Testament I, Elvira Collins of the town of Gainesville County of Wyoming and State of New York, do make, ordain publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say: First. I direct the payment of my just debts, if any. Second. I give devise and bequeath to my children namely Bert. E. Collins and Pearl Anna Collins the house where I now live. They shall share and share alike, I also give them all my household furnature (sic), in this they shall also share alike. 3rd I also hereby direct my executor hereinafter named to sell the house and lot at his discression (sic) giving deed therefor the same as I might do if living. The proceeds arising there from he shall place in the Monroe Co. Sav. Bank at Rochester, dividing the interest- as it- becomes due between my son and daughter, equally, the principal sum or proceeds shall be divided between my children named above between the age of 18 and 21 respectively at the discression (sic) of the executor and the guardian of my children. It is my wish that F.A. Dutton be the guardian of my children. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint C.R. Buck to be sole executor of this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have herunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 9th day of Aug. in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven. Elvira Collins (seal) We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify that Elvira Collins the testator, subscribed her name to this instrument in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time she declared in our presence and hearing that the same was her last Will and Testament, and requested us, and each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, and which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, this 9th day of Aug. 1897, the day of the date of the said Will, and write opposite our name our respective places of residence.
