SECOND: I give and bequest to my wife, Ann Manion, one-third of all my personal estate and the use of one-third of all my real estate during the period of her natural life, the same to be accepted by her in lieu of dower. I give and bequeath to my son, Joseph Manion, the sum of five dollars. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property both personal and real I give, devise and bequeath to my daughters, Sarah Blakesley, Mary A. Miller, Emma Manion (now known as Sister Robertina), Teressa Russel and Isabell Wilbur, in equal shares, share and share alike. I hereby authorize, empower and direct my executors hereinafter named to sell and convey any and all real estate of which I may be seized. Lastly, I hereby appoint Charles J. Garner and William H. Cheney, both of Warsaw, Wyoming County, NY executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me made.
