LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MICHAEL MANION

In the name of God Amen

I, Michael Manion of the Town of Warsaw in the County of Wyoming and State of
New York, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my
last will and testament that is to say:

FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

SECOND: I give and bequest to my wife, Ann Manion, one-third of all my
personal estate and the use of one-third of all my real estate during the
period of her natural life, the same to be accepted by her in lieu of dower.

I give and bequeath to my son, Joseph Manion, the sum of five dollars.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my property both personal and real I
give, devise and bequeath to my daughters, Sarah Blakesley, Mary A. Miller,
Emma Manion (now known as Sister Robertina), Teressa Russel and Isabell
Wilbur, in equal shares, share and share alike.

I hereby authorize, empower and direct my executors hereinafter named to sell
and convey any and all real estate of which I may be seized.

Lastly, I hereby appoint Charles J. Garner and William H. Cheney, both of
Warsaw, Wyoming County, NY executors of this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all former will by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the 28th day of April in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

We whose names are hereto subscribed do certify that Michael Manion the
testator subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the
presence of each of us and at the same time, in our presence and hearing
declared the same to be his last will and testament and requested us and each
of us to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which
we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the day of
the date of the said will and write opposite our names our respective places
of residence.
