Wyoming, New York. Will Book Vol. 20, page 598 Last will and testament of Jacob Swable. In the Name of God Amen. I, Jacob Swable of the Village of Cowlesville in the the county of Wyoming and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and Testament in manner following, that is to say; First - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Second - I give and bequeath to my three children by my second wife, Jacob Swable Jr., Lucy Miller and Henry Swable the sum of five hundred dollars each before any other legacies shall be paid. Third - I give and bequeath to each of my children; Margaret Duscheu of Warsaw, Wyoming County New York, George Swable of Folsomdale, Wyoming County, New York, Elizabeth Heiser of Burralo, New York and the three children of my son William Swable of Buffalo, New York (Ida, Martha and Laura Swable,) and Jacob Swable Jr., Lucy miller and Henry Swable all the rest, residue and remainder of my property each to share and share alike - that is to say after the three children by my second wife shall have first been paid five hundred dollars each, then the balance of my property shall be equally divided among all of my children, the children of William to receive what would have been their fathers share had he been living. Fourth - I also give to my son Henry Swable all the household furniture. Fifth - I also give to my son Jacob Swable Jr. whatever clothes I may have when I die. Lastly, I hereby appoint my son George Swable of Folsomdale, Wyoming County, New York executor of this, my last will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
