Petition, Affidavit and Order for Citation  
COUNTY OF YATES, ss.
SURROGATES COURT
To Evertt B___ Surrogate of the County of Yates.
The Petition of Jonathan Bailey Junior of the County of Yates, respectively 
showeth – That your Petitioner is one of the Executors named in the last Will and 
Testament of Jonathan Bailey late of the County of Yates, ------- deceased.  That 
the said deceased was at or immediately previous to his death, an inhabitant of 
the County of Yates, and departed this life in the town of Milo on the 25th day 
of May 1846 and that said last Will and Testament relates to Real and personal 
estate.
Your Petitioner further shows that the heirs at law and next of kin of the said 
Jonathan Bailey deceased are as follows: Parmelia Bailey of Milo, Yates County,  
Sarah Wilhelm wife of George Wilhelm of Sparta, Livingston county, Samuel Bailey 
and James L. Bailey both of Springwater, Livingston County.
