SCUTT Martin V. Scutt died at his home on Head street, Penn Yan, Friday morning, of Bright's Disease, after a long illness, aged about 65 years. He is survived by a widow and several children. Deceased formerly lived near Yatesville. He was a veteran of the Civil War, having served as a member Company H, 68th New York Volunteers. He was a member of J.R. S---an Post, G.A.R.
