PHOENIX TURNER hand dated 1939 The death of Mrs. Phoenix Turner occurred at the family home Monday, April 17, after an illness of about two years. Mrs. Turner was 51 years of age, and had lived in Dundee for the past 25 years. She was a member of the Dundee Methodist church. She is survived by her husband, Phoenix Turner; a daughter, Mrs. Francis Finnerty of Dundee; her mother, Mrs. Mary Lattin of Sullivanville, and two sisters and one brother. The funeral will be held at the family home Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock, with the Rev. Floyd E. Guiles of Dundee and the Rev. L. E. Otter of Elmira officiating.
