I, Mary Elizabeth Howell, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.in ? and form following. Item First, I give and bequeath to my Husband, Amos Howell, four acres of land with the building and legal fixtures appertaining thereto. The said farm is the land known as the Wilson place, being the place lately owned by Elipalet? Hedges. Beginning at the N.W corner of Dennis Clary farm, thence west along the highway to lands owned by Catherine Bush,thence north to the inclosing north fence , thence east, following the inclosing fence to the Dennis Clary lot thence south to the place of the beginning containing four acres. Also a certain trunk. Also a picture frame containing marriage certificate, also some articles of my clothing as a keepsake. Item Second: I give and bequeath to my mother, one cow together with a certain portion of my personal property more fully described in item third. Item third: I give and bequeath the remainder of my personal property consisting mostly of clothing and household furniture , to Hiram Arwine , my brother, To Ester ann Brace my sister, and to my mother, each to have an equal portion. Item forth: I give and bequeath my share in father's estate to my brother, Hiram Arwine, and to Ester Ann Brace, my sister. Each to have an equal share or amount. Item fifth: I hereby appoint my brother, Hiram Arwine, sole executor of this my last will and testament.
