In the name of God, Amen:
I Perry Arwine of the town of Starkey in the County of Yates and State of New
York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my
last will and testament, in the manner folowing,that is to say:

First- I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid.

Second- I direct my executor to erect a monument at the grave of my wife.

Third-I give and bequeath to my son John B. Arnwine five hundred dollars and I
make the payment of the same a charge and lien on my real estate if my
personal property shall not be sufficient to pay the same.

Forth- I give and ???to my three children, Adelaid Johnson, John B. Arnwine
and William N. Arnwine all my real estate wherever the same may be, the same
to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

Lastly, I hereby appoint my son John B. Arnwine sole executor of this, my last
will and Testament: hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribe my name the nineth day of June
in the year of the Lord one thousand nine hundred.
