Tranquility Cemetery
Scott Township

A beautiful cemetery hidden away in the rolling hills of southern Ohio.

Simmons, Peter G., Oct. 10, 1835 - Jan. 27, 1916 -Father- Peter is the son of William & Saloma 
     (Garman) Simmons. He's the father of Blanchard J. Simmons and grandfather of Kathryn Simmons 
     Graham, Ruby & Irene Simmons. He was my great grandfather.
Simmons, Leah J., wife of Peter Simmons, Nov. 23, 1842 - Sept. 2, 1911 -Mother- Leah J. (Spureon) 
     Simmons was the mother of Blanchard Simmons.
Simmons, Josiah W., Jan. 23, 1838 - Feb. 24, 1914; Thressa C. R., his wife, Aug. 25, 1833 - Apr. 
     30, 1913 Josiah was the son of William, brother of Peter G. Simmons. Thressa C. R. (Hite) 
     Simmons was Josiah's wife.
Simmons, Blanchard J., 1877 - 1943; Louisa L., 1880 - 1921 Blanchard J. & Louisa L. McGlaughlin were 
     the parents of Kathryn Jane Simmons, Ruby Simmons & Opal Irene Simmons.
Simmons, Levi W., Dec. 7, 1832 - Oct. 18, 1905; Priscilla G., his wife, June 20, 1835 - Oct. 22, 1923 
     Levi was the son of William & Saloma Simmons & brother of Peter G. Simmons.
Mc Glaughlin, John W., 1843 - 1917; Mary F., his wife, 1852 - 19__ John Wilson McGlaughlin was the 
     father of Louisa McGlaughlin. John was a veteran of Civil War. He was my great grandfather.
