Gabriel Darlinton of Frederick Co, Va his attorney to partition a tract of 
land on Hog Creek Frederick Co Va ctg 212 A held jointly by David Darlinton of 
the one part & William Darlinton, John Darlinton, Joseph Darlinton, Gabriel 
Darlinton, Edward Edwards & Meredith Darlinton, of the other part legal 
representatives of Meredith Darlinton decd into two equal parts of which David 
is to receive one.
