      This is an agreement dated Apr 24, 1795 between James Edwards of Mason 
Co, Ky & John Ludwick of same Co & State in which Edwards agrees to sell 
Ludwick a lot ctg one half acre opposite Marysville, Ky in the N.W. Ter adjg 
the town of Aberdeen in consideration of a judgt for $41.15 vs John Getbridge 
Senr.  Signed by James Edwards, John Ludwick, followed by a couple of pages of 
designation etc by true [best guess] married J.L. & an assignment Mch 28, 1806 
to Nathan Ellis signed by John Lodwick.
