This is the first deed on record here & is dated Mch 13, 1797 & made by Nathl 
Massie then styled as of Hamilton Co in the Ter of the U.S. N.W. of the Ohio 
River of 1st part & Hosea Moore of the same place for £30 current money of Ky 
ctg 200 A.
