                    ELSIE R. (BIGGERS) WALDEN.  1927-2001.
        Elsie R. (Biggers) Walden, 75, of Winchester, formerly of 
Tompkinsville, Ky. died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001.
        She was born at Tompkinsville, Ky. on Feb. 2, 1927, the daughter of 
Ethrie and Evie (Fish) Biggers.  
        Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2001 at the 
Yokley-Trible Funeral Home at Tompkinsville, Ky.  Burial will follow in the 
Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
        Friends may call after 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
        Memorials may be made to the Skaggs Creek Baptist Church, in care of 
Gary Emberton, Head Road, Tompkinsville, KY 42167.
        Local arrangements were under the direction of the Bradford-Sullivan 
Funeral home in Winchester.
