LOCAL PARAGRAPHS

             Edward N. Dugan, aged 24 years who conducts a store in the 
eastern part of Jefferson township, secured a marriage license in Portsmouth 
last Friday to wed Miss Charlotte Halves, aged sixteen years, of  Brush Creek 
township, Scioto county.  Rev. B.F. Wamsley performed the marriage 
rites.
