Mrs. Olivia COFFIN died at the residence of Robert
LAWLER, in this city,on Thursday, Nov.1,1883,aged
seventy-one years.
Mrs COFFIN was born in the State of MAINE in the year 1813,and with her
parents moved to KENTUCKY three years later.After residing in KENTUCKY until
1829,the family removed to OHIO.She married Mr. Joseph COFFIN at
SPRINGFIELD,O.,on the 19th of MARCH 1835.Five years later they removed to
SIDNEY,where they resided until 1873, when Mrs. COFFIN came to LIMA,making
her home with Mrs. Robert LAWLER,where she resided until her death last
week.She was the mother of 8 children,3 of who preceded her to the other
world.
