Lima News, January 2, 1935
Mrs. Emma Williams Cunningham died January 1. 

She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Williams.  Mrs. Cunningham was born in 
Champaign-co O., but came to Lima with her parents as a young child.  The 
William’s family owned and conducted the Bakery Shop that was a bakery and 
restaurant.

Mrs. Cunningham was married to Thomas  N. Cunningham on March 19, 1893.  They 
were the parents of one son, Lee Donald Cunningham, who survives.

Mrs. Cunningham was a member of the Presbyterian church and the Matrons’ 
society.

The body will be removed from the Ekert funeral Home to the home of Mrs. Clair 
Tolan, where funeral services will be held on Friday.  Rev. C. N. Bakker and 
Rev. Otis Harter will conduct the rites.  Burial will be in the family lot at 
Woodlawn cemetery
