Lima News, October 23, 1926

News of the death of HOMER B. HACKEDORN, former Lima resident, was received by 
HAROLD CUNNINGHAM, a brother-in-law.  HACKEDORN died October 22 in a Toledo 
hospital.  He had been ill for several weeks.  Previous to his departure from 
Lima ten years ago, HACKEDORN served as superintendent of the water works, 
also as assistant postmaster during the regime of Dr. GEORGE HALL.  At one 
time he was the owner of a cracker factory on East High-st.  The body will be 
accompanied to Lima for burial.
