LILLIAN L. HUGHES, 97, died at 4:40 a.m. April 3, 1999 at Shawnee Manor 
Nursing Home.

She was born March 19, 1902 in Perry Township to Christopher and Flora Thomas 
Graham. On April 28, 1923, she married Ted R. Hughes, who died Feb. 27, 1980.

Mrs. Hughes was a homemaker. She was a member of Perry Methodist Church, and 
its choir, and United Methodist Women.

Survivors include a daughter, Peggy (Kenneth) Windle of Fort Shawnee; three 
grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Ortho T. Graham, and two sisters, 
Marie Kerr and Marguerite Harrod. 

Services will begin at 1:30 Wednesday at Bayliff and Sons Funeral Home, 
Cridersville. The Rev. Ronald B. Cannon will officiate. Burial will be in 
Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
