C. HURLBURT , Drops Dead While Transacting Business. On Saturday afternoon last, at about 4 o’clock, a customer called at the carriage establishment of Hurlburt & Bowers, on East Market street, to get some washers. The senior member of the firm, Mr. Hurlburt, waited upon him, and as he handed him the washers he remarked that he felt badly, and when the customer turned to go Mr. H. called to him to catch him as he was about to fall. The gentleman assisted him to a chair, when he immediately expired. Heart disease was the immediate cause of death. He leaves a wife and one son to mourn his departure, and a large number of old, well known friends. He was about 65 years old, and these years were well spent in successful business undertakings.
