Dale E. Pierstorff, 54, of Rt. 4 died at 7:45 a.m. Sunday in Lima Memorial 
Hospital where he had been a patient since June 12.
Born Jan 3, 1917, in Mercer County, he was the son of Leroy and Catherine 
Hoenne Pierstorff. He was married April 25, 1937, to Ruth Baucher and she 
surivives.
Also surviving are a son; Dean of Fremont; a daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Jean) 
DeLong of Rt. 4; four grandchildren; a brother, Victor of Rockford; a sister 
Mrs. Myrtle Brandt of Celina.
He was a grinder at Clark Equipment Co., Lima Division and its 25-year club. 
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lima.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the church, Rev. Clyde A. Miller 
officiating. Burial will be in St. Matthew's Cemetery north of Cridersville.
Friends may call at Bayliff and Son Funeral Home Cridersville, 7-9 p.m. today 
and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, and until noon Wednesday when the body will be taken to 
the church.
