Borton has been granted a divorce from her husband George, on the ground of gross neglect of duty. She may visit her child, which remains with the father. Judge Ritchie granted Emma Linderman divorce from her husband, $200 alimony and custody of her child, at plaintiff's costs, on grounds of drunkenness, gross neglect and willful absence. March 1889 Lydia Brenneman against Samuel Brenneman; divorce and alimony. The court decreed a divorce for the plaintiff. The matter of alimony was submitted to the council for adjustment. June 1889 Judge Ritchie has granted Eunice Dalzell divorce from her husband, Bill Dalzell on the ground of willful absence, allowing $500.00 alimony. Minnie Schnabel has through Hutchison & Becker, her attorneys, filed suit for divorce from her husband Welgand Schnabel. September 1889 Mary J. Dennis files suit for divorce from her husband, Wm. Dennis. Orville Leflingwell has through his attorney, T. J. Remington, of Spencerville, filed suit for divorce from his wife, to whom he was married July 30, 1887, and whom he accuses of adultery with Frank Johns on March 30, at the place of Joseph Sawmiller. October 1889 Nellie Pogue sues for divorce from her husband, James E. to whom she was married at Bluffton. They have no children. She charges willful absence, and asks for reasonable alimony. November 1889 Clara Nelson sues for divorce from her husband, James K. Nelson, to whom she was married in Columbus Grove in 1877. Lucinda Fink, through her attorneys, Motter & Macchenzie, has entered suit for divorce from Fraley Fink, to whom she was married on March 15th 1860. John C. Flesh vs Della Flesh – Divorce granted at Plaintiff's cost. From the Allen County Democrat Divorce Petitions and Decrees Common Pleas Court December 1889 Mary J. Dennis, vs. William Dennis, divorce, dismissed at defendant's costs. Mary Hack against John Hack. Decree of divorce for plaintiff at defendant's costs. Plaintiff restored to her former name and to her property rights, and defendant enjoined from interfering with her. Ben Franklin was granted a decree of divorce from his wife Elizabeth at his cost, and defendant was barred from any rights to his property.
