March 1892 George A. Marks filed his petition for divorce from Ida A. Marks. He set forth that he had been a kind and faithful husband and that his wife has been absent for three years. June 1892 Judge Richie granted Wm. Dennis a divorce from his wife, Mary Jane, and the custody of the children. The grounds for divorce were adultery.
