Vanatta against Anna Marie Vanatta who was married to the plaintiff May 27, 1866, at Junction City. Five children have been born to them, the oldest being 29 years and the youngest 13 years. August 18, 1896 Divorce Case. Mabel Borough, plaintiff, Elmer A. Borough, defendant. They were married in May, 1895. She was granted the decree on the grounds of gross neglect, in which he has failed to provide her with clothing and the necessities of life. August 25, 1896 Anna Rahe was this afternoon granted a divorce, by Judge Robb, against Harry Rahe, on the grounds of gross neglect of duty and failure to provide the necessities of life. August 27, 1896 Joseph P. Doty Granted a Divorce by Judge Robb. Judge Robb this morning heard the divorce case of Joseph P. Doty against Grace L. Doty and granted the decree on the grounds of fraudulent contract, gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty.
