Bond vs. William Bond. Mrs. Julia A. Bond this morning filed a petition for divorce against her husband, William S. Bond. The plaintiff avers that the defendant has for a time of more than two years refused and neglected to provide food and clothing for the plaintiff and for more than two years they have lived separate and apart and that defendant refused association and companionship with plaintiff, and that she has been forced to support herself from her own earnings. Wherefore the plaintiff prays the Court that she may be divorced from the defendant and that she may be granted temporary and permanent alimony, be restored to her maiden name of Julia A. Bundy. November 11, 1909 Chas. Haver vs. Elizabeth Haver. Judge Klinger has rendered his decision in the Haver divorce case, which was tried yesterday, in which the defendant, Elizabeth Haver was asking for custody of the child. Chas. Haver was granted a divorce on October 16th from the defendant, the defendant not appearing, and the plaintiff was given custody of the child. Yesterday the defendant asked the judge to reconsider his decision and give her the custody of the child. After the court heard all of the evidence and had taken the matter under advisement, he gave a decision to which both parties agreed – that the plaintiff, Chas. Haver, is to have custody of the child for two months every year and then the defendant is to have the child the remainder of the year, which will be ten months. The court also granted the defendant $25 alimony.
