Admitting that a soul-kiss from another had been accepted by her, Francis Potts lost her pleading divorce from her husband, Charles Potts, in Judge Klinger's court yesterday. The claim of one of the most sensational, as well as unprintable of divorce trials, came when the wife on cross examination admitted relations with one other than her husband, and named him as the father of a child born to her January 19thg last. Both husband and wife plunged deep into the abyss of matrimonial failure covering their period of union, to which five children have been born. Judge Klinger in delivering the decree granted the divorce to the husband, and gave to him the keeping of the five minor children, also granting him an undivided one-half interest in 120 acres of farm lands in Amanda township, now in the name of the mother-in-law. The case came into court in 1908, the wife being the original plaintiff, and husband filing a cross petition. Frequent absences from home were the alleged against the wife-mother, and declaration that no marital relations had been exacted since October 1908. March 13, 1910 Hattie Miller vs. Paul Miller.
