Gregoire vs. Napoleon Gregoire. Petition for divorce charging willful absence and failure to support. George V. Wilson vs Bessie Wilson. Divorce granted on a charge of neglect of duty. Albert Pickering vs. Wanete Pickering. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. May 21, 1919 Mary Clevenger vs. DeClare Clevenger. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty; failure to provide. Gertrude Spornhauer vs. Clarence Spornhauer. Divorce suit dismissed. The court held that there was no cause for action on the part of plaintiff. May 23, 1919 Zorz O. Thompson vs. Franz Thompson. A warrant for non-support and a summons in a divorce suit were served to the defendant by Sheriff Baxter. The plaintiff had previously filed a suit for divorce on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. In her petition plaintiff also asked that she be granted alimony for the support of herself and child, Alicia O. Thompson. The divorce suit will be heard in common pleas court in a few days. Meanwhile the defendant is being held pending the action of the next grand jury. May 24, 1919 Nora M. Bone vs. James M. bone. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. The couple were married in December 1917. Defendant was ordered to pay alimony of $15 per month toward the support of the plaintiff and a minor child, Freda May Bone, until the child shall become 16 years of age. James E. Andrews vs. Eva Andrews. Divorce granted. Plaintiff was ordered to pay temporary alimony of $40 to his wife. May 28, 1919 Edward Botkins vs. Martha A. Botkins. Divorce granted. Alimony of $2000 awarded defendant payable within thirty days. Costs assessed the plaintiff. Mabel H. Crossman vs. Darwin Crossman. Divorce granted on grounds of gross neglect of duty. Plaintiff awarded custody of their seven-year-old daughter. Mabel E. Miller vs. W. A. Miller. Divorce granted on grounds of extreme cruelty. He must pay her $500 alimony and $4 per week for each of two children, both daughters, aged two and eight years. May 29, 1919 Josephine Britton vs. Edward Britton. Petition alleges willful absence of three years. They were married September 25, 1910. May 31, 1919 Clara Armbruster vs. John Armbruster. Divorce granted on grounds of habitual drunkenness for a period of three years. Plaintiff awarded $25 per month for the support of her child, Vaila, until it reaches the age of sixteen. June 6, 1919 Edward M. Botkins vs. Martha A. Botkins. Divorce granted and plaintiff granted the alimony $2,000 demanded by her. June 11, 1919 Zua Mooney vs. Michael J. Mooney. Divorce granted. Pearl Hollenbacher vs. Carl Hollenbacher. Divorce granted. He tried to burn some household goods stored in the rear of her home after he had been prosecuted in police court, she stated in her suit. Julia Hare vs. Charles Hare. Divorce granted with $2500 alimony on the grounds of drunkenness. Rimda Heman vs. Walter O. Heman. Petition filed for a second time in a few months charging desertion and willful absence of her husband. June 16, 1919 Oscar J. McKinney vs. Grace B. McKinney. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. Wilful absence of three years was charged. Plaintiff granted custody of one minor child, Oliver. June 17, 1919 Susan E. Barker vs. Surveidas H. Barker. Divorce granted on charges of gross neglect of duty. June 19, 1919 George B. Fielder vs. Elsie F. Fielder. Divorce granted. June 21, 1919 Maria Crossley vs Ralph Crossley. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect. He beat and struck her two weeks following their marriage in June, 1915, and failed to provide for her. Gaither Ledford vs. Halle Ledford. Divorce granted on the charge of wilfull absence. They were married in October, 1911. June 23, 1919 Gail Hutchison vs. Olga Hutchison. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. June 29, 1919. Katherine neth vs. Frank L. Neth. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. Cora Harroun vs. Herman W. Harroun. Divorce granted on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. Daisy V. Oliver vs C. Oliver. Divorce granted on grounds of adultery. Alimony of $1,000 was awarded the wife.
