Brice, 714 west Market street, will be surprised to hear of her marriage to Mr. Arthur Farwell of St. Paul, which occurred at the Church of the Transfiguration in New York City, yesterday. The bride is a graduate of the School of Dramatic Art in New York, and although she has only been in Lima at intervals during the past few years she is very popular here. She was one of the organizers of the Community chorus in Lima, being instrumental in bringing Harry Barnhart here from New York. The groom headed the community chorus movement in New York and during the past year he composed the music for Percy McKaye’s “Community Masque” Entitled “Caliban,” which was given in celebration of the tercentenary of Shakespeare’s death. Mr. and Mrs. Farwell will spend the summer at Plattsburg, where the groom has charge of the musical program. He will also have the appointing of the musical directors for all the national encampments. They will probably reside in New York during the winter."
