Last Will and Testament

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all Amen: I Joshua Davidson being
about 79 years of age and of sound mind and memory, to make publish and
declare this my last will and testament hereby making null and void all
other last wills and testaments by one made heretofore.

1st I desire that all my just debts shall be paid as soon after my decease
as shall be found convenient.

2nd I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Susie Davidson all my
personal and chattel property absolutely. Also my farm of 40 acres in
Liberty Township, Van Wert County, Ohio during her natural life and at her
death then said farm goes to my daughter Mae Moore.

Item 3 I nominate and ask the court of Probate to appoint my wife, Susie
Davidson executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I leave xxxxunto let my hand to this my Last Will and
Testament at Ohio City, Ohio this 15th day of December 1933.
